Super Easy Quiche

I have been making and enjoying this quiche for years. So many, in fact - I’ve lost count. Fortunately, it was easily “translatable” to salt-free living - and it still gets rave results. Feel free to alter the ingredients to suit your taste, table or pantry. Yields one 9-inch quiche. Serves 8.

Yogurt Streusel Coffee Cake

My sister was visiting recently with her boyfriend, and she made a comment to him abut how incredibly well he’d be eating during their stay. HAHAHHAHHH!! You won’t want to miss a bite of this absolutely scrumptious cake. SO WAIT THE TEN MINUTES - OR MORE - for it to cool. Seriously. Recipe courtesy of Stonyfield Farm Yogurt Cookbook.
