My infatuation with homemade smoothies continues.. Part of the beauty of this recipe – apart from its fabulous taste – is its simplicity. One cup of each ingredient! Now that’s something you’ll never forget.
Yields four 8-oz. servings.
SODIUM CONTENT: 70.3 mg per serving
1 c. mashed banana (2 bananas)
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. Stonyfield Farm organic lowfat Banilla yogurt (or Trader Joes organic lowfat Vanana yogurt)
1 c. milk
1 c. ice
Place the mashed banana, strawberries, yogurt and milk in a food processor or blender and pulse briefly to combine. Add the ice and blend well. Serve immediately.
