Another homemade smoothie from ME to YOU!! These fabulous fruity smoothies make the sun shine bright year round. So whether you need a break from the winter blahs, or simply a way to beat the heat, try these on for size!
Yields four 8-oz. servings.
SODIUM CONTENT: 42.5 mg per serving
1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and diced (about 1 c.)
1 ripe fresh or frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. 100% tropical fruit juice (mango, guava, passion fruit, pineapple, etc.)
1 c. fat free plain yogurt
Place the fresh fruit into a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add the juice and yogurt and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
