It’s Spring Break all week on The Daily Dish!

This week I’m on VACATION! But rather than lounging on a beach, this is how I’ll be passing the time:

Not quite the Spring Break one fantasizes about, huh? Knowing I’d be otherwise occupied, I put the call out on The Daily Dish Facebook Page, asking whether anyone would be willing to take a turn this week as Guest Chef. Thankfully, a few wonderful readers responded and while I am tearing down walls and hauling trash, you’ll be treated to delicious low sodium recipes – starting with a Kosher-for-Passover Apple Kugel today! So stay tuned!! And wish me luck.

Good Luck!! I get sooo excited with renovations.

  2. I’ve seen spring breaks like this on MTV before…
wait, no… no I haven’t. We should get a few of those crazy kids on deck-duty so you and your family can go and enjoy some spring sun! :)

  3. Christy says:

Thanks so much, Michelle!! We’re making excellent progress, but all of us are EXHAUSTED. Can’t wait for this “vacation” to be over..

Inky, thanks for the suggestion, but hedonistic spring break party people aren’t known for their clean-up skills. LOL

  4. Tammy says:

I can’t wait to see your finished deck. You and your hubby are gifted renovators.

I hope you enjoyed your spring break and Easter weekend! Happy Easter to you and yours!

  5. Christy says:

Hope you had a wonderful Easter Tammy!! The deck is totally done (save for screwing in some lattice at the very bottom of the one side — but as I can’t see that at the moment – DONE!!)

Just have to call and have them pickup dumpster #2. What a vacation. LOL
