Short but sweet article from The New York Times says it’s not meat itself, but the type of meat people are consuming which is leading to such poor health. Unprocessed red meat (i.e., ground beef or steak) has been unjustly vilified, when processed meats like sausage and bacon should be taking the blame. Very interesting stuff. Link below.
