We began eating low sodium when my BP was a little high, but then discovered it was my husband’s that was much higher than mine! Yikes! But we kicked it into gear & began exercising and eating low salt! It worked! Always looking for great recipes.

    Since being diagnosed with Menieres Syndrome in 2011, I have gradually learned to be a cook and a baker, through trial and error. I am always on the look out for inspiration and to be able to amaze my partner and friends and family with how you can live with salt free and low salt cooking and enjoy eating.     My husband was diagnosed with some serious heart problems last year and he’s on a very restricted sodium (1500mg/day) and liquids (1500ml/day) diet. I’ve had to completely rethink and relearn how to cook. It seems like there’s hardly a day that goes by that I’m not searching out low and no-salt recipes and products or those that can be adapted to low or no salt so that we don’t fall into a rut of only a few dishes. I have a few low sodium cookbooks, but definitely need more, so please enter me in the giveaway.
