A sweet and tangy salt-free version of the classic dressing.
Yields 1 cup.

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced (1 t.)
1 T. no-salt-added ketchup (available in many grocery stores nationwide and online at healthyheartmarket.com)
1/2 T. Angostura worcestershire sauce (available in many grocery stores nationwide and online at healthyheartmarket.com)
1/2 T. honey
1/2 T. tomato paste
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until serving. If refrigerated, whisk or shake well before use.
