This is one delicious salsa. The cinnamon adds depth to the triumvirate of spicy, sweet and savory flavors.
Yields 3 1/2 cups.

3 c. finely diced fresh strawberries
1 c. finely diced green bell pepper
1/4 c. minced red hot chili pepper (about 3 fresno peppers)
1 T. minced garlic (3 cloves)
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. honey
1 T. dried cilantro
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground cumin
Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.
