These ultra thick and creamy smoothies are a great source of vitamin C and potassium, and the little kiwi seeds - reminiscent of vanilla beans - add textural and visual appeal.
Yields four 10-oz. servings.

INGREDIENTS
2 ripe kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. Stonyfield Farm organic lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 c. lowfat milk
1 T. honey
1/2 c. crushed ice
DIRECTIONS
Place fruit in a blender or food processor and puree. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
