Orange Smoothies

Creamsicles for breakfast? Not quite, but these make a guilt free healthy alternative. Yet another way to satisfy my smoothie ADDICTION. (And make my kids think I’m pretty swell, too.)

Yields four 8-oz. servings.

SODIUM CONTENT: 60.8 mg per serving


1 large navel orange, peeled and segmented
1 c. Stonyfield Farm Organic Low Fat French Vanilla Yogurt
3/4 c. low fat milk
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. crushed ice


Place orange in a blender or food processor and puree. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
