Blueberry Milkshakes

The sweeter and slightly more decadent sibling of low sodium blueberry smoothies.

Yields four 8-oz. servings.

SODIUM CONTENT: 113.5 mg per serving


2 c. fresh ripe blueberries
3 c. vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 c. low fat milk


Place the blueberries into a blender or food processor and puree. Add the ice cream (or frozen yogurt) and milk and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
