INGREDIENTS
2 c. diced mango (1 ripe mango, peeled and seeded)
1/2 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 c. milk
1 c. mango juice (I like Apple & Eve 100% mango passion fruit)
DIRECTIONS
Place diced mango in a food processor or blender and puree. Add yogurt, milk and juice and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
