When it comes to cheese, Swiss is always a safe bet for those on sodium restricted diets. A local supermarket here in Philly (Pathmark) carries no salt added Swiss cheese slices; check your own grocery stores for availability. Any sodium free or low sodium bread will work fine here, so the sky’s the limit.
