SODIUM CONTENT: 128 mg per serving
4 c. low fat milk
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
1/8 t. pure almond extract
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir well to combine. Heat over medium until mixture is warmed through, about 3-4 minutes. Pour into mugs and serve immediately.
