It’s been a long hiatus and I’d like to thank everyone who took the time to comment, email, or post on the Daily Dish Facebook page in my absence. I apologize for any concern I may have caused. This summer provided a much needed and well deserved break from my life online. And I am feeling fabulous for it!
My husband and I celebrated our first 4 months of veganism at the end of August. Despite two back-to-back driving trips – which typically would send me into a tailspin, my Meniere’s symptoms have been almost nonexistent. I truly believe that a plant-based diet has the power to cure me for good. I only hope to inspire more of you to give it a try.
My dad is celebrating a year plant-based this month and (exciting news!) will be sharing his first follow-up with the world, complete with before and after blood work. Prepare to be amazed!
Despite my online absence, I’ve been cooking and baking up a storm this summer and have some scrumptious low-sodium goodies to share. First up, the most spectacularly moist, melt-in-your-mouth banana bread ever – with ZERO eggs, dairy, and cholesterol! I’ll be posting that recipe asap, as well as new recipes from the soon-to-be-published Everything DASH Diet Cookbook, and much more. Stay tuned!!
